Chartridge School celebrated its 40th anniversary in 2009. It provides good early years education for around 200 pupils drawn from Chartridge village and neigbouring parts of Chesham, Bellingdon and the local area. An Ofsted inspection in May 2007 concluded that "Chartridge Combined School is a good school which enables pupils to achieve well and reach high standards."
